Link Airport Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service before booking with Link Airport Transfer Ltd.
All bookings will be confirmed by email after a booking has been made. When making a booking by email or telephone, the following information will be required:
● Passenger Name/Date
● Flight Number/Terminal/Airport
● Check in time/Arrival Time
● Drop off/Pick up address
● Details of payment
● Phone numbers
● Customers address
● How many passengers
● Whether we will be carrying children and if so, how many baby or booster seats will be required.
● How much luggage
● Email address
● Some same day bookings may be taken, please allow enough time so we can offer our usual high standards. When in doubt, please phone us.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the information provided when placing a booking, including the date and time of arrival or departure, flight numbers and contact information. A confirmation email for each journey booked will be sent to you and we strongly advise you to check this email for errors. You may be liable to pay the full amount of the journey booked should you fail to be at the collection location specified on the date and at the time given on your booking.
We currently accept payment for your journey via cash on the day or via credit or debit card through our online booking system and apps.
Please let us know how you wish to pay at the point of booking.
In the event of cancellation, please provide us with a minimum of 1 hours notice from the arranged pick up time.
If you have booked us to collect you from your chosen airport, please provide 4 hours notice where possible.
Under normal circumstances, we do not charge waiting time if your flight is delayed however, Waiting time may be charged at our discretion, once you have made contact with your driver which will normally be after you have received your luggage.
- 0 minutes to 15 minutes = £No Charge.
- 16 minutes to 30 minutes = £10.00
- 31 minutes or more = £18.00
It is your responsibility to allow yourself plenty of time to arrive at airport but we advise you arrive 2hrs before departure.
Out of Town surcharges
Some towns and villages in the local area may be subject to a small additional surcharge on the prices quoted and will be applied to the total cost of the fare. Please see your chosen airport page for details of any surcharges that may be applicable to your collection location. Any current promotional offers will be applied to the total cost including any surcharge.
Parking, Tolls & Congestion Zones
Unlike other transfer services, we do not charge for parking at the airport should your flight be delayed.
Some airports require us to pass through tolls or congestion charge zones. This will incur an additional cost which is not detailed on our standard pricing tables on this website or other promotional material. Should we be required to pass through one of these toll areas, you will be advised of the amount and this will be added to the price of your fare.
Link Airport Transfer Ltd are proud of the high level of service that we provide to our customers however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, for example road traffic collisions, extreme weather and other events.
